Delicious, stunning & sumptuous! Chef Hugo, I cannot say enough about the food & service at the engagement party. You certainly understood our needs and delivered such delectable food that our guests are still talking about it. The white bean gazpacho in shooter glasses and the fast disappearing asparagus risotto arancini with tomato jam were a fabulous beginning.  

 

More remarkable food continued throughout the evening. The seared Angus beef just melted in our mouths and the grilled zucchini rolls stuffed with chèvre and sundried tomato basil pesto were my favourites. I ask myself, why don’t I call you more often?  

 

You and your staff looked after 55 our guests so graciously. Thank you for making the evening seem effortless. I look forward to the next time you share your inspirations with us.
