Hugo Saenz

Chef Hugo Saenz studied at Initituto Culinario de Mexico, and the school of Culinary Arts at George Brown College.  During his culinary studies he had the opportunity to perform in Florence and Barcelona, which inspired his passion for classic European cuisine.  He has held many roles in the foodservice industry, from a Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef to an instructor in Culinary Arts.  He brings over twelve years of experience to Amuse Bouche where he transforms fresh ingredients into original and creative dishes.
