Amuse Bouche offers all dinner parties a “amuse bouche” to quench the palate and set the tone for the culinary event.

Choice of greens: Fresh spring mix, baby spinach, baby arugula, Baby kale, or hearts of romaine
Seasonal fruit
Choice of cheese: Goat cheese, feta cheese, or blue cheese
Choice of nuts: Walnuts, pine nut, almonds, or cashews
Fresh Dressing: Honey-mustard, Aged balsamic, Citrus and poppy seeds, Olive oil and Fresh herbs

Gluten-free gazpacho, garnished with pickled asparagus.
Cold zucchini garnished with smoked chipotle dust and crispy julienne tortilla.
Roasted sweet potato and Pear, garnished with crumbled blue cheese and Maple syrup.
