Amuse Bouche Dinner Menu

This menu is a sample and all menus are designed according to the clientele’s preferences,
seasonal products, and the Chef’s guidance. 

 

STARTERS

Amuse Bouche offers all dinner parties a “amuse bouche” to quench the palate and set the tone for the culinary event.

 

SEASONAL SALAD

Choice of greens:  Fresh spring mix, baby spinach, baby arugula, Baby kale, or hearts of romaine

Seasonal fruit

Choice of cheese:  Goat cheese, feta cheese, or blue cheese

Choice of nuts: Walnuts, pine nut, almonds, or cashews

Fresh Dressing: Honey-mustard, Aged balsamic, Citrus and poppy seeds, Olive oil and Fresh herbs

 

FRESH SOUP

Gluten-free gazpacho, garnished with pickled asparagus.

Cold zucchini garnished with smoked chipotle dust and crispy julienne tortilla.

Roasted sweet potato and Pear, garnished with crumbled blue cheese and Maple syrup.

Curried cauliflower with feta cheese and Mint chiffonade.

 

ENTRÉES

Guinness Braised Beef Short ribs

Pan Seared Organic Salmon, Fennel Lime Beurre Blanc

Roasted vegetables Tart with Goat cheese

 

Choice of sides:

Grilled Rapini, Asparagus or Zucchini,

Sweet mashed potatoes with Oven Roasted Asparagus,

Lavender scented Jasmine rice and Broccolini.

Baileys Crème Brulee
